This policy describes cancellations and refunds for digital purchases.
Digital products
- Study materials are digital goods delivered via Google Drive. Once access is granted, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Failed or duplicate payments
- If your payment was deducted but access was not granted, or you were charged twice, email support@sppuengineers.in with your order ID for a full refund.
